Terms and Conditions

 

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase of tickets for events organised by JB Collective Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Ticket Purchases and Payment

 

Ticket registrations and order management are handled through our third-party ticketing platform, Luma.

 

Payments are processed securely by a third-party payment processor. We do not store or handle your card details.

 

All prices and payments are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). The price shown at checkout is the total payable.

 

A booking is only confirmed once the customer receives an email confirmation or valid digital ticket from Luma.

3. Cancellations, Rescheduling and Refunds

 

Standard policy: Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the relevant event page, all ticket purchases are non-refundable once confirmed.

 

If we cancel an event: If an event is cancelled by JB Collective Ltd, ticket holders will be notified via the contact details provided at booking. A full refund of the ticket face value will be processed back to the original payment method.

 

If we reschedule an event: Your ticket remains valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you must contact us at jbcollectiveltd@yahoo.com within 14 days of the rescheduling 

notice to request a refund. 

 

Customer resolution: For any issue regarding payments, cancellations, or unrecognised charges, please contact jbcollectiveltd@yahoo.com and our customer service team will do their best to resolve it.

 

Your statutory rights: Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

 

4. Liability

 

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

 

Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with any ticket or event is limited to the amount you paid for the ticket. We are not liable for any travel, accommodation, other third-party costs, or any indirect or consequential loss.

 

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
