Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all tickets purchased for events organised by JB Collective Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"). It forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

Standard policy: Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the relevant event page, all ticket purchases are non-refundable once confirmed.

If we cancel an event: A full refund of the ticket price will be issued to your original payment method. No action is required from you.

If we reschedule an event: Your ticket remains valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you must contact us at jbcollectiveltd@yahoo.com within 14 days of the rescheduling notice to request a refund.

Customer resolution: For any issue regarding payments, cancellations or unrecognised charges, please contact jbcollectiveltd@yahoo.com so we can review and help resolve the issue.

Your statutory rights: Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
